I know that diving back into movement after birth can feel daunting. Your safety and healing are my top priorities. Here are answers to the most common questions moms ask before joining.

Is this safe if I've had a C-section?

Absolutely. Restore is suitable for both vaginal birth and C-section deliveries. I recommend starting weeks 3+4 around 8-10 weeks post CS.

You can begin the foundational breathwork and gentle core connection immediately after birth, but I recommend getting your doctor’s clearance (usually at 6 weeks) before progressing to the movement modules in week 3 +

I get it. That’s why every session is designed to be completed between 15 and 35 mins nax. You can fit them in during a nap or while the baby does tummy time.

This course is built exactly for that. Our evidence-based approach avoids traditional crunches and instead focuses on deep transverse abdominis activation to safely help close the gap.

Not at all. The entire program can be completed using just your body weight and a comfortable spot on the floor. We prioritize accessibility so you can start immediately.

I’ve been exactly where you are. Twice.

My first year of postpartum was the hardest year of my life

I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Pre & Postnatal Specialist but most importantly a mom who refused to accept ‘this is just how it is now” after my second daughter was born. After a lot of trial and error I developed The Core Floor Strength Method that helped me get into the best shape of my life early postpartum at 40 years old. Now I help moms at any stage to heal their core and pelvic floor and regain their strength and confidence from the comfort of their home even in this busy season of life.
