About

Hi, I'm Mascha.

I’ve been exactly where you are. Twice.

Part one — first daughter

When my first daughter was born, I fell apart in a way I never expected.

I was a successful, independent woman. I defined myself by my career, my drive, my ability to stay in control. And then suddenly I was at home, in a feeding schedule, in the same clothes for the third day — feeling like I’d lost the version of myself I’d spent years building.

It wasn’t sadness exactly. It was anxiety — the relentless, obsessive kind. Ordinary tasks felt impossibly heavy. And underneath it all was this quiet, terrifying thought: what if I never get myself back?

I didn’t tell anyone. I assumed I must be the only one feeling this way.

Then, completely by accident, I walked into a mums’ group fitness class. Afterwards, we had coffee. And for the first time since my daughter was born, I heard other women say out loud the things I’d only thought in the dark. I wasn’t alone. I never had been. Movement and community quite literally saved my mental health.

Part two — second pregnancy

This time I knew I needed to stay fit — for my body and to protect my mental health. But every gym I walked into gave me the same story: blank looks, vague advice, and trainers telling me to “take it easy” or “just do some yoga.”

Nobody could tell me what was actually safe, actually effective, and how to train specifically for my pregnant body. So I found a specialist. I started strength training at 31 weeks pregnant — for the first time in my life. And I was so fascinated by what I was learning, and so frustrated that this knowledge wasn’t more widely available, that I decided to get certified myself.

I qualified as a Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer during my maternity leave — and used my own postpartum body as my first case study.

THE CASE STUDY

My second postpartum was harder. More weight gained. A serious abdominal separation. A hernia. Pelvic floor weakness I’d never experienced before. A mummy tummy that wasn’t going anywhere on its own.

I had every challenge my clients come to me with now. And I worked through every single one — methodically, progressively — with the exact approach that became the Core-Floor-Strength Method.

I started training a small group of mums I’d met at a baby group. Then outdoor classes. Then online. Now I help mums across the world do what I did — stay strong through pregnancy, rebuild properly postpartum, and come back to themselves feeling more powerful than before.

Not because I read about it in a textbook. Because I lived it.

If you’re pregnant and terrified of losing yourself — I see you.
If you’re postpartum and wondering if you’ll ever feel like you again — I promise you will.
I’ll show you exactly how.
