Hello mama

I am Mascha, a mom next door just like you. When I was pregnant with my first daughter I felt lost in so many ways – I had postpartum anxiety and frankly was overwhelmed by motherhood and losing my old identity as an independant career woman. I didnt know how to continue working out safely, how to meet other moms and most importantly how to not lose myself. When I started working out outdoors with other moms I felt more energetic, supported and fit for this new stage of life, one day at a time.

As a mom, full time employee and trainer...

I know how hard it can be to try and balance it all and prioritize ourselves when we’ve got so much going on. Until recently I was juggling a leadership role in corporate with a hectic work schedule, my two girls, husband and a chaotic household, all while living abroad, far away from family. I also know how important it is to have a village of strong, likeminded moms around me that will support me no matter what.

That’s why during my second pregnancy I became a Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on Pre & Postnatal fitness and designed MomPowerFit to give you everything you need to stay fit, balanced, and happy while connecting to other moms in the same stage of life.
